Along with answering the phone, Carol's responsibilities include processing tax returns and financial statements, processing payroll reports and forms, filing, and greeting clients and guests.
Carol was born in Canada, and as a baby, was adopted by a family in Oregon. She has lived in the Salem area all her life. However, she didn't become a U.S. citizen until she was twenty-two. After graduating from high school. Carol attended Chemeketa Community College where she primarily took business and computer classes.
Carol's work experience includes working for State Farm Insurance as a claims typist, providing computer training at Fruitland Elementary School (which allowed her to be involved with her children), and working as a teacher and assistant director at a Day Care center.
Carol married her husband Randy in 1977, and they have two children. Her hobbies include spending time with her children, hiking, camping, gardening, church work, and of course shopping. Recently, Carol became a grandmother when her daughter gave birth to Austin Kenneth Kent. If you visit our office, Carol will gladly show you pictures of little Austin.
