In complying with the rigorous standards of our profession, our firm strictly adheres to all technical and ethical requirements of our governing entities. As part of these standards, our firm undertakes a quality review of our auditing and accounting services by an independent CPA firm, which verifies that we meet or exceed the technical requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

In addition to our own people, we have developed relationships with other public accounting firms and consultants which provide us with additional resources to provide our clients with the services they require.
Kevin Tobey shares office space with our firm. Kevin owns a operates his own business, Tobey Consulting Service Inc., and works independently from us, although we are one of his clients. He is a computer network professional and consultant and has expertise with manufacturing, retail, agriculture and small business organizations. We can attest to his skills with agricultural processors, including dealing with real time linkages between operations in the plant facility and the accounting system.
