Josiah Roth joined Kuenzi & Company in May of 2023 after graduating from Corban University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in Bible. In his first year with the firm, he worked on both tax and attest projects while also pursuing his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and competing in his final season of college basketball. In May of 2024, Josiah graduated from Corban University with his MBA degree. He is now pursuing his CPA license and hopes to obtain certification by May of 2025.

Josiah grew up just outside Salem, Oregon, and worked for seven summers on the Roth family farm. This developed his passion for agriculture and heavy machinery, while also teaching him the importance of hard work and other valuable life lessons. Josiah attends Salem Alliance Church and cites his faith in Jesus Christ as the most important aspect of his life. In his free time, he enjoys sports – especially basketball and golf – as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping. Most of all, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
