Nicole Outland joined Kuenzi & Company in August 2023 from Haynes Tax & Advisory Services in Silverton, where she had been employed for over 10 years. She began her career in the accounting & tax fields in 1996 when she began working as a receptionist for Jerald Steffen, CPA, PC. She began as a receptionist, was trained in payroll and accounting, and then began her tax career. In 1999 she passed and received her Oregon Tax Preparer’s license. Since that time, she has replaced her Tax Preparer’s license with her Oregon Tax Consultant’s license and has become an Enrolled Agent. She is a member of the Oregon State Board of Tax Consultants.

Nicole lives in Salem with her husband, Jeff, of 26 years, and their two children, Justin & Myah. She is very excited to work in Salem and end her daily commute to Silverton.
