Ryan Kirkland originally joined Kuenzi & Company as a tax season intern in 2024 and has continued working as a tax preparer since. He graduated as Top Accounting Student from Corban University in 2025, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration. He grew up with an interest in numbers and pursued accounting after taking an accounting course during his senior year of high school. Following his college graduation, he intends to pursue a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) then pursue his CPA license and continue in public accounting.

 

Ryan was born and raised in Lebanon, Oregon, where he was homeschooled with his two brothers and sister. He moved up to Salem for his college education at Corban and decided to stick around after graduation.

 

Along with work, Ryan enjoys playing music with his siblings and volunteers as a bassist for church services. Watching sci-fi films or reading fiction and nonfiction novels are some of his favorite pastimes, along with playing board games or solving puzzles with his family and friends.
